Here’s a puzzle: why would people pay $155 for a $150 gift certificate?
The answer: Microsoft’s stupidest marketing scheme: “Live Cashback”, which gives you money back for buying stuff on ebay.
I once heard “giving direct money/discounts is marketing mistake #1”
Although I wouldn’t use Microsoft Live search if you paid me :/
