Flack is an expert in the shaping and delivery of audience engagement and editorial strategy. He comes to iLoveVideo.tv from The Huffington Post where, as managing editor, he was responsible for audience development, product management, user experience and commercial strategy for The Huffington Post UK, as well as AOL UK's Money, Travel, Parenting, Style, Cars and Sport channels. Before that, Flack was managing editor at AOL Money, with responsibility for editorial strategy, product development and profitability for AOL's portfolio of business and personal finance websites. He was also finance editor at Yahoo! UK, where he doubled consumer and investor audiences, and managed relationships with key content and commercial partners.
