Introducing WinZip Courier 6, the latest version of WinZip's email plugin that makes it effortless to secure and send large files by email. Extending its cloud service integration with new support for www.zipshare.com and MediaFire, WinZip Courier 6 works with corporate email, webmail and connected cloud storage accounts to break through email size limits and easily zip and encrypt attachments for safe delivery.

Seamless to use, WinZip Courier 6 converts large email attachments to zip files, saving storage space and making them easier to send via email. For large attachments that exceed email size limits, WinZip Courier 6 automatically uploads the zipped file to a connected cloud service account and adds a link to the file to the outgoing email message. WinZip Courier 6 makes it simple to take advantage of your cloud storage for email sharing and now integrates directly with MediaFire and WinZip's ZipShare file sharing service, along with Box, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, SugarSync and CloudMe.

When creating the zipped email attachment, WinZip Courier 6 also offers powerful file conversion options including the ability to convert to PDF, add watermarks and resize images. Users can protect confidential data by password-protecting outgoing files with 128-bit or 256-bit AES encryption. In addition, WinZip Courier 6 wipes temp files to ensure the security of encrypted attachments.

WinZip Courier 6 works with Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010 (32-bit and 64-bit) and webmail, with new support for ZoHo, along with Yahoo! Mail, Outlook.com and Gmail to zip attachments into smaller, more manageable packages. With support for Microsoft Installer (MSI) technology, WinZip Courier 6 can be quickly deployed over corporate networks.

"There's really no easier way to send a file than email. We rely on it every day to deliver the attachments we need to share fast. But everyone who's tried to send a big attachment knows they can be a problem for email servers and overloaded inboxes. No one wants the frustration of a large file bouncing back or the worry that your info isn't secure. That's why WinZip Courier is making it simple to take advantage of the power of Zip, encryption and your cloud storage accounts to send your files by email, safely and quickly," said Patrick Nichols, President of WinZip.

In addition to all the benefits, IoT is also bringing new kind of customer experience challenges - cars that unlock themselves, thermostats turning houses into saunas and baby video monitors broadcasting over the internet. This list can only increase because while IoT services should be intuitive and simple to use, the delivery ecosystem is a myriad of potential problems as IoT explodes complexity. So finding a performance issue is like finding the proverbial needle in the haystack.
