MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/14 -- Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), "The Company," a video, mobile, and computer games publisher, announced today that Timeless Gems has surpassed 250,000 downloads on Facebook. 250,000 downloads is nearly triple the previously announced download rate for Timeless Gems on the social media platform.
Two weeks ago, the Company announced Timeless Gems had surpassed 90,000 Facebook downloads and had been inducted into Facebook's App Center. In addition, the Company noted Timeless Gems had been identified as "Top Ranked" and "Trending" in both the puzzle and games overall categories on Facebook. Cumulatively, Timeless Gems has surpassed 370,000 downloads across the Facebook, Apple iOS, and Android versions of the game. The cumulative download rate has more than doubled since the Company announced a download rate of over 180,000 on April 23, 2014.
Soul and Vibe launched Timeless Gems worldwide on Facebook in February 2014. In March 2014, the game launched worldwide on Apple's App Store and on Google Play for iOS and Android devices, respectively. In early April, the Company announced and launched the first Timeless Gems expansion book, Dracula. This week, the Company began to tease the forthcoming launch of a second Timeless Gems expansion book on the game's official Facebook app page, www.facebook.com/timelessgemsgame.
"We are very excited about the growth of Timeless Gems on Facebook," said Soul and Vibe's CEO and President Peter Anthony Chiodo. "It has been rewarding to see the members of our user base interact with one another and drive engagement with the game. Our conversion rate for monetized content continues to be strong and above the industry average. The growth of Timeless Gems on Facebook promotes organic download growth across the iOS and Android platform versions, which further strengthens the popularity of Timeless Gems within the gaming community."
Timeless Gems is a "match-3" game in the same popular genre as Candy Crush. In Timeless Gems, your favorite storybooks come to life in an innovative "match-3" puzzler that's wrapped in a board game. Timeless Gems creates an innovative play experience by combining highly popular "match-3" game play with board game elements. This combination lets players experience classic stories like Dracula, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and The Wonderful Wizard of Oz in a whole new way.
