Aeropostale, Inc. Analyst Notes 

On March 13, 2014, Aeropostale, Inc. (Aeropostale) reported financial results for Q4 FY 2013 and full year FY 2013 (period ended February 1, 2014). During the quarter, the Company's net sales declined 16.0% YoY to $670.0 million; while net loss came in at $70.3 million, or $0.90 loss per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $0.7 million, or $0.01 loss per diluted share, in Q4 FY 2012. For full year FY 2013, the Company's net sales declined 12.4% YoY to $2.1 billion. Annual net loss stood at $141.8 million, or $1.81 loss per diluted share, compared to full year FY 2012 net income of $34.9 million, or $0.43 per diluted share. Guess?, Inc. Analyst Notes 

On March 19, 2014, Guess?, Inc. (Guess?) reported financial results for Q4 FY 2014 and full year FY 2014 (period ended February 1, 2014). During the quarter, the Company reported net revenue of $768.4 million, down 5.7% YoY; while annual net revenue came in at $2.6 billion, down 3.3% YoY. Q4 FY 2014 net earnings attributable to Guess? were $69.6 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, compared to $72.6 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, in Q4 FY 2013. Full year FY 2014 net earnings attributable to the Company stood at $153.4 million, or $1.80 per diluted share, compared to $178.7 million, or $2.05 per diluted share, for full year FY 2013.
