For each appointment, reps can view their schedule and the prospect's product of interest, see the Google Street View of the prospect’s home, get a map to the location, upload photos, call the lead, result the appointment and notify the office. If the prospect doesn't buy, the rep creates a new marketing reminder, calls them at a later date, or schedules another appointment.

They can access their To-Do list to see reminders like: send a quote, pull a permit, make a follow-up call, or send an e-mail.
