DAYTON, Ohio, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Reynolds and Reynolds announced today it has been recognized as a top company to sell for, according to Selling Power magazine's annual survey. Every year, the magazine ranks companies where sales professionals have the best opportunity for advancement, sales compensation, and the most comprehensive, complete sales training. In the 2012 rankings, Reynolds came in number three.
"We take a lot of pride in the sales organization at Reynolds and this type of recognition is especially gratifying," said Keith Hill, vice president of Sales for Reynolds. "It's a real tribute to the support that sales receives throughout the company and the resources we put into training and development."
In addition to investing consistently in training and mentoring for its sales associates, Hill also indicated that Reynolds is dedicated to promoting from within. "As we develop talent in our Sales organization, promoting from within provides a clearer career path and a tangible reward for those who have proven themselves," Hill said.
The Selling Power rankings, which are in their twelfth year, can be a valuable resource to sales professionals looking to identify companies that offer the best challenges and rewards in a sales career.
"Throughout the company, we have an intense focus on supporting sales and an ongoing commitment to building strong customer relationships," Hill said. "Those of us in sales will be the first to recognize how other associates at Reynolds support us so that all of our sales teams can deliver better results for our customers."
Reynolds placed higher than well-known organizations such as Dell, Google, Oracle, Cisco Systems, and CareerBuilder. In 2009, Reynolds also was recognized in the top 50 by Selling Power magazine.
