SapientNitro nomeia o publicitário veterano, Marcelo Sant'Iago, como vice-presidente de Business Development para a América Latina

SapientNitro, parte da Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE), anunciou hoje a nomeação de Marcelo Sant’Iago como vice-presidente de Business Development para a América Latina. A nomeação é resultado do início das operações da SapientNitro na América Latina no começo deste ano com a aquisição da famosa agência digital sediada no Brasil, iThink. Sant’Iago se subordinará ao COO da Sapient Nitro, Preston Bradford, e será responsável da liderança no crescimento da agência em toda a região.

Sant’Iago traz com ele mais de duas décadas de experiência criando oportunidades de crescimento para as melhores marcas na América Latina. Antes de entrar para a SapientNitro, Sant’Iago atuou como sócio gerente na MBreak Comunicação, uma empresa de consultoria empresarial em São Paulo que aconselha empresas visando à expansão no mercado brasileiro. Antes disso, foi chefe de Business Development na RealMedia, onde encabeçou parcerias com a Google, Pubmatic e Rightmedia. Sant’Iago também foi gerente geral na MídiaClick, a primeira agência no Brasil de marketing com base na performance. Ele trabalhou estreitamente com o Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) nos EUA para criar um capítulo brasileiro, onde atuou como presidente durante dois termos. Além disso, Sant’Iago obteve posições executivas na JWT e na iProspect Brazil.
