ARDEN HILLS, Minn., Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- TEAM Informatics, Inc., a leading enterprise software products firm in the Oracle® WebCenter market, announces the release of version 3.0 of the Google Search Appliance® (GSA) Connector for WebCenter.

The GSA extends the power of Google's core search technology with its simplicity and familiar interface to corporate content across multiple servers and repositories. TEAM's GSA Connector provides the bridge between the GSA and Oracle's leading WebCenter Content. TEAM first introduced its GSA Connector for WebCenter to the market in 2008. Now with the release of version 3.0, TEAM adds new capabilities and remains compatible with the evolution of the GSA and Oracle's WebCenter.
"Customers continue to want more security options when it comes to their content," explains Scott Olesen, Director of R&D for TEAM Informatics. "A major feature of the new release is early binding for security authorization. With early binding, authorization to secure content is fully managed by the search appliance so it does not need to validate a user's access rights with WebCenter Content at serve time. This means that GSA customers can use the full function of the GSA, including dynamic navigation, when searching secure content without impacting performance."
TEAM announces the release at the Google Global Partner Summit in Mountain View, CA. Find more information about the GSA Connector at TEAM's website – www.teaminformatics.com
