PubMatic nomina come Vice Presidente e Amministratore Delegato delle aree EMEA e APAC l'ex dirigente di Google e InMobi Rob Jonas

Quest'ultima assunzione andrà a sostegno di un incremento globale della spesa per la pubblicità basata su RTB fino a 13,9 miliardi di dollari entro il 2016

PubMatic (http://www.PubMatic.com), la piattaforma di media digitali per publisher, ha annunciato oggi la nomina di Rob Jonas, esperto di tecnologia e piattaforme pubblicitarie digitali, a nuovo Vice Presidente e Amministratore Delegato delle aree EMEA e APAC. Jonas entrerà a far parte di PubMatic a metà marzo per dirigere le operazioni sui mercati EMEA e APAC e farà capo al Presidente di PubMatic, Kirk McDonald. La sua responsabilità principale sarà dirigere le vendite internazionali e favorire una costante espansione globale della Piattaforma commerciale strategica della società, che rende possibile la vendita programmatica di spazi pubblicitari. Jonas vanta un'esperienza di oltre 15 anni nello sviluppo di società tecnologiche ad elevato tasso di crescita nelle regioni EMEA, Nord America e Asia-Pacifico. Ha ricoperto il ruolo di Vice Presidente e Amministratore Delegato dell'area EMEA presso InMobi per tre anni, trasformandola in una società leader del mercato, con milioni di dollari di fatturato e oltre 100 dipendenti in sette sedi. Prima di entrare a far parte di InMobi occupava un'importante posizione nella sede di Google a Londra come Direttore dei partenariati strategici dell'area EMEA. In Google, gestiva inoltre i rapporti con alcuni dei principali clienti regionali, tra cui aziende quali AOL ed eBay. Rob ha lavorato anche per Yahoo! Europe, in seguito all'acquisizione di Overture Services Limited (precedentemente Goto.com) da parte della famosa azienda. Durante l'incarico presso Overture, ha contributo all'espansione globale della società in 10 paesi.
