Betable, the world’s only platform that enables developers to legally offer real-money play in their games, today announced a partnership with Frima Studio. Betable will power games developed by Frima’s newly launched real-money gaming division 3OAK, which in addition to producing conventional free-to-play social casino games, will develop original titles that incorporate real-money play mechanics into popular social gameplay experiences.
“Frima’s bullishness on real-money social gaming is evidenced by the creation of a new division of their company that will focus on the opportunity and we couldn’t be happier to be powering it for them,” said Christopher Griffin, founder and CEO of Betable. “With their resources and experience, we’re confident that 3OAK has the vision and skill necessary to produce innovative, industry leading real-money titles.”
“With real-money gaming growing briskly and expanding into new territories, we see the opportunity to leverage our development talents in a nascent industry and Betable is the best method of entry,” said Steve Couture, CEO and co-founder of Frima Studio. “As the market continues expanding, free to play developers will adopt real-money play to boost monetization, engagement and retention. 3OAK powered by Betable will be there to meet the demand.”
High Demand for Access to Real-Money
“The momentum in the real-money gaming space has greatly exceeded our expectations, as have the early results,” said Griffin. “Since launching in July our team has doubled and we will continue to grow to support the staggering demand for access to the real-money gaming opportunity Betable provides.”
