Quantasy (www.quantasy.com), a creative services agency that creates brand experiences that occur at the intersection of entertainment, advertising, technology and culture, today announced the addition of the Grammy-award-winning producer, former Interscope Records and Bad Boy Entertainment executive, Ron Gillyard, as Chief Growth Officer to develop new business initiatives and expand its branded content experiences for its Fortune 500 clientele.
Gillyard specializes in blending entertainment and product development to drive revenue growth, market penetration and creative development for his partners in the technology, marketing and music industries. As former President of Urban Music at Interscope Records and General Manager at Bad Boy Entertainment, Gillyard worked with top artists including Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Sean “Diddy” Combs, 50 Cent, Eminem and more as well as developed partnerships and crafted lucrative marketing and financial strategies between the music industry and outside corporations.
Capitalizing on his talent management and leadership skills, Gillyard’s primary role at Quantasy will be to offer guidance on strategic partnerships and business initiatives to contribute to Quantasy’s overall growth as an agency. In addition, Gillyard will use his nearly 20 years of experience and extensive celebrity and talent connections to bring high-profile names to the unique brand experiences created by Quantasy.
With a current list of executives hailing from Disney and Yahoo!, Gillyard is part of Quantasy’s larger effort to cull talent that expands the company’s expertise in developing branded entertainment at the forefront of pop culture.
