DJ Asha's New SendEvent Social Media Tool Brings Greater Event Announcement Management to the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International DJ and EDM producer Asha today announced that her first app, SendEvent (http://www.sendeventapp.com/), is now available for iPhone and iPad.

SendEvent is a Social Media tool with which users can schedule recurring, automated Twitter and Facebook messages to promote their events.

In a few simple steps, the user can easily share important dates with friends, associates, clients and patrons. Hosting a party? Performing at a show? Playing a sports tournament? Speaking at a conference? Teaching a fitness class? SendEvent is the app you need.

"I am over the moon about the release of SendEvent," said Asha. "We built this app out of necessity. As a DJ and event promoter, I know how important it is to let your audience know when and where they can find you." The app allows you to synchronize multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts, upload pictures (such as flyers or coupons), and will create a Google maps link if the full venue address is included.

SendEvent is available for 99 cents in the US from Apple's App Store and is priced accordingly in other regions. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/sendevent/id572226206?ls=1&mt=8
