Nara Logics Inc., a company that solves the problem of Web search by crafting a more personalized Web, today announced integration with GrubHub, the nation’s number one online and mobile food ordering service. The integration with GrubHub online ordering allows Nara users to place orders directly through the Nara platform.
Starting with restaurants, the Nara personal Internet platform helps people discover new dining experiences that are tailored to their tastes in an effort to minimize the time spent searching. The platform is currently personalizing restaurant recommendations in 25 U.S. and Canadian cities, including New York City, San Francisco and Toronto. Built by MIT scientists, Nara’s platform works by learning a person’s restaurant preferences to create their unique Digital DNATM and suggests other restaurants that best suit them.
"The Nara platform provides diners with restaurant recommendations tailored to their personal tastes,” said Steve Sanger, Vice President of Business Development for GrubHub. “And GrubHub simplifies and expedites the entire takeout process. Together, Nara and GrubHub make finding, ordering and enjoying the perfect meal as easy and enjoyable as possible – the integration was a no-brainer.”
“Nara’s mission is to make everything on the web simple. Integrating GrubHub online ordering on our platform allows our users to place an effortless one-click order for takeout,” said Tom Copeman, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nara. “As we continue to extend our reach and platform, GrubHub’s great service adds additional choice and convenience for our users."
