The Beat, interesting mashup between Instagram and Google Street View

Rutgers University in the Social Media Information Lab developed a mashup called The Beat, which combines Instagram photos with images from Google Street View.
This mashup uses geolocation data Instagram images and through Google Stret View Search by address or nearest place where these pictures were taken.
When entering the site, currently uses a presentation with the hashtag Thanksgiving. To see other hashtags, just use the form that has the page.
When entering a hashtag, begins to show the public images that it finds and background shows a screenshot of Street View of where the photograph was taken.
In the bottom of the page you will see the other hashtags that used for the image, message and a direct link to the image in Instagram.
It is an interesting project that can help us when we plan a trip or just for fun to see that photographs were taken at a certain location.
