While no two are the same, a recent Midnight Lounge party menu featured: arancini with Italian sausage, aged provolone, slow roasted tomato puree; mini house made pastrami reuben with salt cured cabbage, Emmentaler cheese and Russian dressing; seared tuna sashimi with quick kim chi and scallion potato crisp; braised beef short rib with celery root potato puree and crispy leeks; pan seared Georges Bank scallop with house chorizo hash and sweet white corn crème; baby Caprese with local Burrata cheese, pickled green tomato, aged balsamic and young basil; baby iceberg wedge with triple smoked bacon, Great Hill bleu cheese crème and baby roasted tomato; hot cocoa & marshmallow panna cotta; and tres leches cake.
