CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- TechNet, the bipartisan policy and political network of technology CEOs that promotes the growth of the innovation economy, and the Massachusetts Broadband Institute, a division of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, today will bring together leading innovation and technology companies to discuss the wired economy.
The summit, to be held at MIT's Stata Center, will address how Massachusetts is working with public and private partnerships to achieve their goal as a national leader in broadband adoption, and how new technologies, with the right infrastructure development, will help drive the modern economy.
Pamela Goldberg, CEO of Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, will deliver the keynote address. "MassTech and the Massachusetts Broadband Institute are happy to be part of such a great event. Through the support of the Patrick/Murray Administration and our partners in government and the private sector, we're working diligently to bring broadband Internet access and adoption to all corners of the Commonwealth and close the digital divide.
