Twitter and Google revel in the "green" spotlight with television advertisements showing how they each crack open a pistachio: Google does it 73,600 ways, while Twitter does it with 140 characters. Viewers of the Twitter commercial also have a chance to win $10,000 or one of 140 Apple® iPad® Minis in a Wonderful Pistachios contest and sweepstakes.

The commercials begin airing today and throughout the week on several major networks during programs such as Dancing with the Stars, Good Morning America, Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Monday Night Football.
