MKTG INC Continues to Build International Presence; Taps Matt Manning as New SVP, Corporate Development

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/12 -- MKTG INC (www.mktg.com) (OTCBB: CMKG), a leading US full-service marketing agency, today announced the appointment of industry expert Matt Manning to SVP Corporate Development, a new position at the agency.

Manning, who will be based out of New York, will work in partnership with MKTG INC's Chairman and CEO, Charlie Horsey, as well as other senior executives, to identify, develop and implement marketing strategies in emerging markets throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East to drive top line growth and opportunity for both existing and new clientele.

His appointment comes on the heels of MKTG INC's recent expansion to London, highly successful NIKE activations and widely publicized Beats By Dre program at this year's Olympic Games.

"Manning joins the agency at an exciting time of growth and momentum," said Charlie Horsey, Chairman and CEO, MKTG INC. "His overall knowledge of the marketing and communications landscape, coupled with his international experience, ensures his match with the agency's goal to further the growth of core capabilities on a global scale."

A United Kingdom transplant, Manning brings nearly 10 years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining MKTG INC, Matt held the title of Managing Partner at Radar Sport & Entertainment, where he created marketing programs for clients such as Diageo, Pepsi, and Yahoo around global properties including FIFA World Cup, Formula One and ICC Cricket World Cups. Previous to that, he headed up Taylor Strategy's European client services team and worked in communications and media marketing for the London Stock Exchange and Bloomberg.

"It is exciting to be involved in the development of MKTG INC's international presence," said Manning. "The agency's excellent reputation within the industry and the chance to work with such an impressive client roster and expand that business on a global basis was an opportunity too good to turn down. The senior management team at MKTG INC has a clear vision for the future of the industry and the agency and I am looking forward to the challenge of being part of that."

MKTG INC is an international marketing services agency that builds global, national and local communities around brands by engaging consumers through experiential, digital and social media.
