Watch Live US Election Returns for President Obama and Mitt Romney Online with Maxthon 3 and Maxthon Mobile

The winner will the candidate who receives 270 electoral votes, based on the rules governing the Electoral College, for which each of the 50 states has its own share of votes. President Barack Obama is the Democratic incumbent and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney is his Republican opponent.
