Ontology Joins Latin American Operators At Futurecom

The industry leading Semantic search technology leader showcases Intelligent 360 apps at Futurecom in Rio de Janerio

London, UK - October 5th, 2012: Ontology Systems, the semantic search technology provider for Enterprise Data Alignment, is set to show visitors to Futurecom in Brazil next week how operators can deploy an accurate 360° view of their customers, services and multi-technology network infrastructure using breakthrough semantic search technologies, rather than traditional large-scale integration.

Visitors to the conference will be able to see how the award-winning Ontology Intelligent 360 applications are delivered through a live web portal and include:

  • Customer Explorer for Customer Services users who can see, on a single screen, the active state of all the services and infrastructure that the customer is using, enabling them to quickly resolve the customer queries.
