“With Workspace Manager, we’ve greatly simplified the process of booking and administering shared resources across the organization,” said Joe Karbowski, PeopleCube CTO and vice president of innovation. “The ability to import CAD diagrams, in particular, makes it easy to find and book workspace from within Workspace Manager or Outlook using a customized floor-plan diagram. That provides tremendous efficiency gains to administrators and end users.”

Being able to directly upload CAD files into Workspace Manager means that administrators can more quickly incorporate the latest building information into their scheduling system. It accelerates the process of booking and administering desks, rooms, and other organizational resources, thereby benefiting users and administrators alike.
