Dr. Dana Goldberg Announces New Office

JUPITER, Fla., April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Female Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Dana M. Goldberg is pleased to announce the opening of her 2,200-square foot cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery office designed with a focus on providing her patients with a world-class experience from the moment they enter the door.

Dr. Goldberg's new facility located in Abacoa at 224 Chimney Corner Lane in the Greenwich Medical Complex includes soaring ceilings, an in-wall jellyfish aquarium, and oversized exam rooms with Google TV for patients to surf the web, view educational materials, or browse photos.

"The new office is really an extension of our business model, which is based on personally connecting with our patients to offer them an unmatched plastic surgery experience," said Dr. Goldberg, who has focused intently on every detail of the design and construction of the new medical office.

Dr. Goldberg received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Notre Dame, majoring in Microbiology.  She then received her Medical degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine, where she also went on to complete her residency in plastic surgery.  As a resident, Dr. Goldberg was awarded Intern of the Year for the department of surgery.

Dr. Goldberg received her board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery with examination scores in the 95th percentile. She commands a booming plastic surgery practice with a focus on breast surgery, skin cancer removals, and a wide variety of cosmetic procedures.

"We are very fortunate to be opening our new office in this economy," said Dr. Goldberg, which she credits to a large cosmetic surgery referral base sparked by her website (http://www.drdanamd.com). " The internet has been critical to our success as a practice, by allowing us to quickly establish our brand in one of the most competitive surgery markets in the United States."

According to Forrester Research, every business will become either a digital predator or digital prey by 2020. To avoid demise, organizations must rapidly create new sources of value in their end-to-end customer experiences. True digital predators also must break down information and process silos and extend digital transformation initiatives to empower employees with the digital resources needed to win, serve, and retain customers.
