"We've been generating customer revenues for two years now," notes Abiquo CEO Pete Malcolm in this SYS-CON.TV interview with Cloud Expo Conference Chair Jeremy Geelan now available below [just click to play] and on SYS-CON.TV's very own YouTube channel.

That puts Abiquo "pretty much at the forefront of customer deployments" in the Enterprise Cloud market, adds Malcolm.

Abiquo's ever-thoughtful CEO goes on to say that "We are only seeing the very beginnings of cloud adoption and don't see any slowdown right now." In addition to discussing the cloud computing adoption cycle, Malcolm talks in this interview, recorded at the Santa Clara Convention Center during the November 7-20 event, about getting real value out of the cloud and answers the burning question: is cloud computing merely virtualization 2.0?
