Brian Haven joins iCrossing as vice president, strategy. He is an industry expert in social media and customer engagement. His past experience spans design strategy, design research, customer experience, and interaction design, and he has led client engagements with companies like Adobe, Best Buy, Dell, Fidelity, Honda, MTV, Research in Motion and UPS. Haven has been a frequent keynote speaker for both client and industry conferences, and won Forrester's Top Keynote award in 2008. He holds a master's degree in design from Carnegie Mellon University. Haven writes frequently on his personal blog, http://thoughts.birdahonk.com and will be contributing to http://greatfinds.icrossing.com.

The moves further build iCrossing's social media practice and reinforce the company's strategy to create connected brands that are visible, useful, usable, desirable and engaged.
